Add focused API, CLI, doctor, downloader, search, and vector infrastructure coverage. Cover retry seams, path-scoped search fallback, renderer fail-soft paths, router helpers, and model infrastructure without changing production behavior. Keep coverage gates stable by skipping Zyp on Darwin coverage builds and ignoring SIGPIPE in daemon protocol tests.
