nuwayze-admin-settings-unwired and nuwayze-comments-unwired were
recorded as open with a note to flip them once the wire/nuwayze-*
branches landed. They have: nuwayze main merged #95 (admin settings)
and #93 (comments), and a fully resolved scan of main (0 analyzer
errors) shows every variant of both unions rendered - AdminSettingsState
9/9 via screens/admin/.../admin_settings_controls_section.dart,
CommentsState 6/6 via screens/feed/commentsection.dart.
As fixed cases they now guard against those unions going dark again.
`pipe recall --strict` against the dogfood repos: 5/5 accounted for,
0 regressions (was 3/5 with both cases missed).
