tools.build:compiler_executables requires bare executable names, not 'ccache clang' with a space. setup.sh already wraps CC/CXX with ccache for Meson builds. The warm step's meson compile (Fix 3) populates ccache for YAMS source. Conan dep ccache will be addressed separately.

# Notes:
# - Mirrors host-linux-clang but sets arch=armv8 for aarch64/ARM64 runners.
# - Use with GitHub Actions runner label ubuntu-24.04-arm (or ubuntu-22.04-arm) depending on availability.
# - Conan detects appropriate sysroot/architecture when invoking clang. |
