 fix(ci): stabilize sanitizer validation 
Rebuild macOS TSan outputs so compiler instrumentation and compiler-rt come from one Apple toolchain generation. Preserve daemon fixture dependencies until ServiceManager teardown so sanitizer lanes do not exercise a test-only use-after-free.
