trvon	a217a41ee7	test: lift coverage for core paths ... Add focused API, CLI, doctor, downloader, search, and vector infrastructure coverage. Cover retry seams, path-scoped search fallback, renderer fail-soft paths, router helpers, and model infrastructure without changing production behavior.
