Move process-global stream setup to the MCP executable so embedded transports retain caller-owned redirection. Add a regression for the failing construction order.

Keep yams serve UX while removing MCP server linkage from yams-cli. The standalone MCP binary owns stdio serving and exits on stdin EOF.
