trvon	09aa7aef80	fix(ci): repair audited platform regressions ... Prune CI artifacts and stream metadata scans. Preserve relocated CLI loader dependencies, reject incomparable path roots, and make deadline and corruption fixtures test their stated contracts. trvon	7126cd4f3d	test: harden release staging coverage ... Scope vector fixture overrides across every disable alias and verify restoration. Prune excluded repository directories before walking them.
