Problem

fold lives only on git.trevon.dev (the GitHub copy is being retired), but every SARIF report fold writes set tool.driver.informationUri to https://github.com/trvon/fold, so code-scanning UIs and SARIF viewers sent readers to the wrong place.

Solution

src/report/sarif.cpp now emits https://git.trevon.dev/trevon/fold. No other source, doc or config referenced the GitHub URL (checked outside the historical benchmark run artifacts under tests/benchmarks/runs/, which record what past versions emitted and are left as-is).

Tests

test_scan_e2e now asserts the URI; it failed before the change. Full suite: 140/140 pass (release build of master + this commit).
