ci(docker): linux validation harness mirroring GitHub Actions
Ubuntu 24.04 + clang-19 + Conan-built deps, replicating the
build.yml Linux job step-for-step. Runs locally via:
docker build -t fold-linux-validate -f docker/Dockerfile.linux-validate .
docker run --rm -v "\$PWD":/workspace:ro fold-linux-validate
Catches cross-platform issues (libstdc++ vs libc++ AST shape
differences, transitive-include divergence, pimpl + forward-decl
unique_ptr instantiation) before the GitHub Actions round-trip.
