Fix CI: catch2 via Conan, system Z3 path, lint format
...
- Move catch2 from apt/brew to Conan (catch2/3.4.0)
- Linux: conan_meson_sysroot.ini for system Z3 pkg-config
- macOS: removed stale xxhash and catch2 brew deps
- lint: call format-code.sh directly, fix shellcheck
