Summary

  • define and implement first-class lexical profiles for Dart, Rust, C/C++, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • retain all dependency evidence locations and isolate cross-language resolution
  • add positive and clean-negative fixtures, including raw/template strings and nested block comments
  • characterize Python and Swift as secondary profiles without promoting them
  • add a deterministic, per-language parity benchmark gate

Evidence boundary

First-class means parity within Brick’s conservative lexical backend. It does not claim compiler-grade parsing, type-aware call resolution, or language completeness. Remaining construct-level gaps are listed in docs/architecture/language-support.md.

Validation

  • ./scripts/quality-gate.sh
  • python3 -m unittest tests/benchmarks/test_runner.py
  • three-repeat language_parity benchmark: stable identities, 51 symbols, 35 dependency edges, 0 cycles; every per-language assertion passed

Stack

This PR is intentionally based on #1 (bench/yams-architecture-reproducibility). Retarget it to main after #1 merges.
